Installment Payments: Target.com and the Target app list Affirm, Sezzle, PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay, Klarna and Zip for eligible purchases. SNAP EBT: Accepted online for eligible grocery orders in eligible states and in stores for eligible items. EBT Cash is not accepted online. Secondary Payment: Online SNAP EBT orders require another payment method for noneligible items, shipping or delivery fees, tips and other uncovered costs. Split Payments: Online orders allow up to two credit/debit tenders in one transaction, but split payments are not accepted with SNAP EBT. Target Wallet: The in-store Wallet barcode supports Target Circle Card and Target GiftCard payments, but does not accept third-party payment cards. PayPal can be used online, but it is not a payment card that can be added to Target Wallet.
