Gift Cards: Only one Quest Health eGift Card can be used per purchase; eGift Cards cannot be combined. If a refund is needed, the eGift Card is refunded first and any remaining amount can return to the credit card. Testing: Purchasing online does not require a doctor's visit. After purchase, customers register the test and can schedule collection at a Quest Patient Service Center; in-home collection is available in select areas for an additional fee.
